Woolies HELP

I am writing this review in desperation as I know Woolies will definately get back to me. I have accepted a settlement offer on a loan acc that I was told by MBD was given by Woolies. I paid it. And since then have been struggling with them to get a paid up letter! Please help as I am really worried that I have been ****med! These people loaded a debit order for the settlement on my account and I would really want to be able to stop it in time to avoid them taking again!
