Woolies Food shame on you ! Pips in your bread and its my fault ? ? ?

On 4 January 2019 I visited Woolies Hout Bay and they had Olive Ciabata Bread on display that I took a bite and its rock hard ! Long story, 1 crown temp got a 1/2 pip in and now need Implant, 1/2 tooth and next .25 tooth cracked and got out in the store with another pip. Woolworth's have now responded by its Insurance Company and they are telling me they are not at fault. I am. They are not taking responsibility and that they was default in production but they have taken care. They offer R 35 000 as offer and my Dental Report Quote is R 78 000 and I asked for another R 20 000 as had to cancel family last holiday weekend, as well as spent first week on Emergence Dental and spent already R 4 000 on dentist. I even have 1 tooth missing and its visible ! Next - Does Woolies Food know that there insurance company is trying to squeeze consumers when a accident is happening ? I realise the pips was not planted by your team but take responsiblity - If the dental quote is high then request I see another dental lab

Overall this is so disappointing as I am like most a loyal Woolies client but now ? I don't know and yet I continue to visit my home store. I should really just start with PnP or similar.
