Woolies expired food product

I bought noodles Gluten free dinosaur shape 26/07/2020 as my son seemed to have taken a liking to them and found that the product that i bought had reached its sell by date or expiry date 12/12/2018.

I sent an email to customer service with the pictures attached and have the slip to prove I'm not making this up and have not received feedback up until now.

So am I to assume that these are the kind of products our kids should be fed and that these are items we need to double check before we buy from the organization as a person never knows if the product is safe to eat or not from "South Africas' best" apparently.

If I as a parent blindly trusted your product , my child would have been at risk , i'm highly disappointed and the response to my email sent is just as disappointing.
