Woolies Douglasdale delight

It was a pleasure to visit woolies Douglasdale! One of the security guards greeted me as soon as I entered the shop. And not in that "box ticking" or menacing surveillance kind of way... just a well mannered and respectful "hello - how are you today?"

It was a entertaining to hear one of the team members gloat about how great her visual Merchandising is and how it's making us customers buy into her product.

The cherry on top came from polite Omphile and Nthabiseng who worked together to package my purchase. After checker that none of the plates were cracked, they went a step further by requesting tape to secure my plates and wrestling with the tape-end that we all know just dissappears into the roll as soon as you let go. These ladies were polite, professional, collaborative and customer driven.
