Woolies doesn't care about their customers

I paid my account in July and the payments are reflecting on my Woolworths statement however Wooolworths reported to all the credit bureaus that I didn't pay. It is very disappointing to say the least to see Woolworths treat me like this. This has since affected my credit score negatively, I'm planning to cut their card into pieces if this matter is not resolved!!!!!!
