Woolies Disappointing service

Since last year September I've app**** for a secondary card at Highveld mall because you cannot use your husband's card ? and to date I don't have it, the call centre takes forever to get answered and they don't send statements anymore. When they want a survey they're quick to follow up and get you on the phone.
