Woolies Difference? I bet not.

We purchased groceries at Woolworths Kloof. Money went out of husband's bank account but Woolies staff said it didn't. They said money would return. I then used my account to pay. To cut a long story short he still hasn't received the refund. Is asking customers to call their bank and ask for a refund, not giving feedback the Woolies difference you are selling us?
