Woolies debt review is law upon themselves

Their policies are not in line with the NCR, I was under debt review and settled the account in April and got my clearance certificate a month later. All other credit providers updated accordingly except for Woolworths, they continued to update on my record the balance I owed and non payment from when I entered debt review. I have been calling them religiously to provide a paid up letter since June and to update that they were paid monthly alas they are still updating in as recently as August. I have logged disputes with the credit bureaus, and they update again after the dispute, as per my credit profile I only settled them on the 25th of August which is not true and I have proof. I have made countless calls and sent countless mails asking for a paid up letter and that they fix the mess they are making on my record. I have never even received an acknowledgement mail from them. When you call their agents tell me they must first verify the clearance certificate. My question to them was why was this necessary as the contractual obligation between us had extinguished months ago. The law of the land does not provide for such, what makes them more special then all the other credit providers who updated accordingly. The law states that upon payment the creditor has 30 days to update accordingly. I am truly disgusted.
