Woolies Dash - what a disappointment

Decided to place an order with Woolies Dash today and asked for delivery @3pm. They did send a notice to say they are running behind schedule. At just before 5pm I started sent a message via the contact us section on the app an ask re the status of my order. No response. I submitted another follow up 15 minutes later. Nothing. Then, at 5.30pm I get a notice that they only started with the shopping and soon thereafter half the items was sold out. What a disappointment. Will not recommended at all. Especially if you have a special evening planned orneed your order on time. O***
