Woolies Dash - very poor delivery service

I ordered goods to the value of R780.82 using the Woolies Dash app to delivery between 4pm and 5pm. I even spoke to a consultant on the app about swopping out items that were unavailable. The app says the delivery took place at 17:55 however I have not received my goods. Their contact centre says they are closed until 9am. Which this means I have nothing to eat tonight.
