Woolies dash useless

Woolies dash, is the most useless app. I placed my order for delivery between 1-2pm, it's now almost 3pm and still no delivery. Your call center phone doesn't allow you to speak to anyone. This is supposed to be convenient way to shop, but I'm noticing that woolies' service has decreased drastically.
