Woolies Dash useless

I shop regularly on Woolies Dash. Recently there are always items out of stock... or items are not delivered- but charged for-and to get a refund takes forever. My last order there were items out of stock so I was charged a reduced fee... but the pending amount is still reflecting on my account after SIX days! I am SO unimpressed with Dash... and I would say definitely don't use it!!
