Woolies Dash totally unprofessional!

I made a purchase on Woolies Dash on 17 February 2024 to be delivered on the 18th of February 2024 for the amount of R502,31 and today on the 25th of March 2024, I received an sms voucher for R40 as a refund!!!

In the meanwhile, I have been on the phone with Woolies Dash on the 18th of February, as well as on email contact on the 18th, 19th of Feb; on the 8th, 18th, 19th, 20th and 25th of March to no avail.

Woolies Dash is an awful experience! Try getting some tips for offering a seamless experience to your customers from OneCart of Sixty60, because right now they are all failing!

I consider them withholding my money for more than a month as THEFT!
