Woolies Dash - terrible experience!

Terrible 'DASH' app experience. My order took 2 hours to be delivered, and it was the wrong order. Then the driver arrived later to swop the bags as my order was sent to another person and we got theirs. Thereafter, the driver arrived 2 hours later to pick up an item of feta cheese. I arranged a small celebration for colleagues but had to cancel last minute due to your mess up! Today was the first time I used the app, as I normally order from Checkers Sixty60. I Placed my order 13h45 approx, notification said order would arrive 14h to 15h. Then just before 15 received a notification saying running late arrival 15-16h. This is shocking WOOLWORTHS!!! To get a simple order so wrong is mind boggling! This is the first and the last time I will be using your stupid app!!! Maybe ask Checkers Development team to show you how it is done!
