Woolies DASH Terrible

So I ordered from the new Woolies DASH home delivery today for the first time and , what huge disappointment . I ordered the Nestle Cuppchino sachets , mistaking the regular ones for the unsweetened . In my defence they have the wrong picture on , they closely resemble each other . I sent an email to a Sandy woman who basically pointed my problem out then refused to swap it over . THIS is how Wooloworths is now dealing with their customers and This is why ill be going back to Checkers60 .
