Woolies Dash Takes your money but doesn't deliver

Thought I'd give woolies dash a try only to be met with disappointment. This will be my first and last time using this app. Would expect more from Woolworths. Ordered from their app, they didn't deliver any items, they just marked the order as complete. This is clearly theft as they've taken our money.
