Woolies dash sux!

Woolies dash is becoming an absolute disappointment! 3rd order is not only hrs late but even the incorrect order! The first time there was no explaination, last week it was the app that crashed with absolutely no communication until I complained after waiting after the passed delivery slot! Today It was store problem for the delay.. so what was the reason for the wrong order!!?? This all while I was waiting on the items for supper before breaking fast. So the driver left promising to return with the correct order. And obviously he didn’t! Where are your reconciliation processes!?? ! Ops managers need to review there process and ensure effective and timely communication not 5 mins before the closing of the promised delivery slot! Absolutely unacceptable and unreliable. You’ve betrayed my faith and trust in your service after Iv recommended woolies dash to sooooo many people!
