WOOLIES DASH SUCKS!!!!!

This Woolies dash lately is the worst service you can get. Within 1 month, I experienced terrible service. Firstly I did not get the items I wanted because they are out of stock but the app did not show it out of stock. I paid with my debit card and requested that the shopper messages me if a product is not in stock so that I can choose a different product. This is for gluten free rolls so it is VERY important that I get to choose as not all the rolls are tasty. Now I need to wait 14 business days to get a R52.99 back into my bank account. Additionally, to this, I ordered perfume for next day delivery, the delivery did not come so it was supposed to be free. I was told I will get a gift voucher, I AM STILL WAITING. Eggs came loose in my bag, they wanted a picture of it, which makes now sense. I could have just taken it out of the bag and taken a picture. The point is I cannot TRUST DASH anymore. Woolies has the WORST delivery service and the customer experience is far below the quality that advertise.
