Woolies Dash - staff and management dont care!

Dash app works well and is very convenient. But all it takes is one issue to see true service. Received my order with missing items, even though i was billed for it. Took me 4 phone calls and an email to get Dash to deliver missing items 3 days later. Promises of delivery fee being refunded did not materialize however they debited my bank card for a new delivery fee without my authorization. Still waiting for a manager to call 7 days later. Not impressed at all.

Some advice to you Woolies Dash. i had a similar issue with Checkers Sixty60. Bought an item and was supposed to get one free but they only delivered one. Lodged an issue on the app. I was immediately refunded the cost of the missing item. Immediately Woolies! Match that.
