Woolies Dash Refunds Process is a mess!

Woolies Dash refund after cancelling an order is a real mess. I have been waiting 12 days for a refund. They say they will request Finnace and then Finance will submit to the bank, but no one can even confirm if Finance has submitted to the bank.

Meanwhile, with Checkers Sixty6, you get the refund the same day!

What is wrong with Woolies Dash? No only do they give you slots that are ridiculously far out, but they can’t give you you money back when they receive a cancellation in time!
