Woolies dash refund

Please note I emailed this complaint on Friday 21st October, I have received emails saying it will be resolved but nothing has happened. Good day, I placed a woolies dash order this morning (friday 21st October) for delivery between 9-10 am. An order arrived that was not mine, I contacted the centre and spoke to a fortunate who informed me that she would send the query on and my order would be delivered. At 12pm my order did still not arrive, I called again and spoke to Harry who contacted the Meadowridge woolies and informed me that my order is on the way. Again, my order did not arrive. I called again at around 14:30, Harry again informed me that my order would arrive shortly. A driver then arrived from Meadowridge woolies asking to collect the incorrect order. At this point I was furious as they did not send my order with the driver! I spoke to Pelo at woolies Meadowridge and ended up driving to that woolies at 3pm. At this point my order was not even packed, Pelo had nothing to say other than sorry. The Manager apologized but that was it. I ended up doing my shopping at that woolies and I returned what was not mine as well ( I also think this is disturbing that you would collect food that was at someones house to redeliver it once again). The manager gave me a bunch of flowers but the inconvenience was really disappointing. I have now spent over R800 on my dash order and had to spend it again buying the goods I did not receive as well as the inconvenience. I order dash every week and understand that things go wrong but today was just pathetic, in my opinion it was very easy to fix but no one could seem to get it right. Please refund me ASAP and advice how I will be compensated for this inconvenience- you can surely look at my dash and see that I order regularly. I have to commend Harry and the manager of Meadowridge who tried to assist to no avail. I really think they should have offered to pay for my goods as I had already spent the money. Please advice on way forward and what actually went wrong.
