Woolies Dash- poor service!

Highly disappointed in Woolies Dash service! My items were not delivered on time. It was only delivered the next day, when I already had to make another plan to buy a Mother’s Day gift. There is no way to track the driver on the app and no communication regarding failed deliveries. I was put on hold for hours, referred from one employee to the next, yet still not helped. I still have not received a refund.
