Woolies Dash Poor Service

I placed an order on Dash which they canceled, I had to call them to find out why they canceled my order. Thier response was the driver couldn't reach me.16 Feb 2026

They didnt bother to process my refund, I called them again on the 18 to find out why they havent refunded me they said they will process the refund. I called them again on the 23rd they said they are not sure why the refund isnt processed yet they will submit to finance for refund. I called them again on the 25th and they said the refund was only processed on the 24th and I should wait 5 business days for the refund. To refund an order meant to be delivered in an hour.
