Woolies Dash - poor service

I ordered from Woolies dash and they say the parcel was delivered - it was not. You call the call centre, stay on the line for 20 minuets whilst they "check " things and say they need to go to management and then will call you back. I have done this in excess of 13times! what more can I do to get assistance - I did not receive the goods and even reordered the same things the next day, which were delivered.

How do you actually get to speak to someone who cares?
