Woolies Dash overcharge and no refund!

On Wednesday, February 14 2024, I placed an order on Woolies Dash. I was charged R83.13 for a pie that costs R34.99. I immediately informed Woolies Dash via email about this and was told that a refund will be done to my card. I have made numerous phone calls and emails and received many empty promises about this matter being "expidited" yet to date, I have still not received my refund. I am extremely disappointed in the manner in which this is being dealt with as I am a very regular Woolworths customer.
