Woolies dash order

I ordered a Woolies dash order on the 26th September and there was a glitch and they charged me R1067 for a R250 order. I got charged R923 for 1 portion of southern fried chicken breast… I have called them a couple times and keep getting “please give us 5-7 business days”. It’s been too long now and I’m a student on a tight budget that has lost R1000 for no reason.
