Woolies Dash online

This was my first order with Woolies Dash I order 3 chocolates that were on special R 69.98 they substituted it for another chocolate on special then charged full price R104. 97.

My argument is it was still on special so why the large charge only to be told sorry that is how it work when they substitute a product.

That is unbelievable will never use them again.
