Woolies Dash - Not dashing in customer support

I have been a loyal customer of Woolies Dash since its launch during Covid. During the lockdowns, I never had any issues with Dash. Now, I always ask for the shopper to contact me for out of stocks. In my last 2 orders, no one has contacted me and my whole order has not arrived. I spoke to the call centre the first time and the agent said that she would sort this out. On Friday, I spoke to another agent, Neo, as my complete order did not arrive and no contact from the shopper. Neo said that he would get back to me. It is now 4 days later, and still no contact from Neo or Woolies Dash. I cannot trust this online shop any more.
