Woolies Dash non-service

Using Woolies Dash was problematic from the word go. When registering on the App on my phone Woolies Dash app insisted my gmail account was an invalid email address. After many failed attempts at registering on the App on my phone I tried registering on my laptop. When typing in my gmail address the App said I was already registered(which I was not) Finally managed to register using the Outlook email address only used to set up Outlook. First order placed, all good. When placing the second order on Sunday 27 November 22, in the delivery address an address other than mine kept on popping up, which I repeated corrected. After paying I noticed that the incorrect address had pulled through. The option to cancel the order disappeared too quickly so I phoned Customer services, after 23 mins and 5 people later I was told the address will be corrected. Never happened the order got packed, fortunately I communicated to the packer that the address was incorrect so it was not sent out. Delivery was for Sunday 27/11 between 11 and 12. At 1.30pm I received a message, order running late. After 4pm Sunday a message was sent to my Outlook email address(which I never use) that the order will be delivered on Monday between 10 and 11am. I was blissfully unaware of this message so when the driver arrived with the order on Monday nobody was here to collect. Received a phone call on Monday 1.30pm to find out if I received the order. I then asked them to please cancel the order I wanted it for Sunday it is now too late. Payment for this order had now gone off my credit card which I requested to be reversed. Later on Monday at 6.50pm the driver arrived to deliver order. I returned it. Now waiting for Woolworths to reverse the payment. Problems happen but it seems Woolworths does not resolve them quickly and efficiently. Their communication was very poor. If you phone Customer Services ensure you have loads of airtime, you're going to need it.
