Woolies Dash - NO REFUND after having to order 3 Times!!!!

Used Woolies Dash for the first time a week ago. Placed the order once - nobody pitched (Was still charged) placed it again and paid again - No Driver pitched, placed it again (All same day) Paid YET again, finallyit was delivered.

I called the call centre for my refunds, I was promised 3-5 working days. Received 1 of them ONLY. Been emailing them for 3 days now since and No response now. This is disgusting service and I will never use them again!! Well done for scaring off a client
