Woolies dash (no delivery)

I had placed an order on Woolies dash on 27 May and my delivery was said to be abandoned when I checked on the app. I have requested for a refund and I got a mail saying the refund would take 3-5 days. It is now the 4th of June and I still have not received my refund.

Woolies Dash do better and communicate with the customer. And I want my refund🥲
