Woolies Dash - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Woolies Dash - shocking experience!!! Last Tuesday, i placed an order with Woolies Dash. One of the bags that were delivered to broke open, and all of my groceries fell and broke on the floor. I lodged a complaint, using the e-mail address under "Help" on the app. Was told i will get a response within 24 hours. I followed up the next day, calling the call centre number listed under "Help" and was transferred 3 times. I then Googled the number, and contacted that number, and held on for over 10 minutes each time. Went to the store yesterday and complained and was promised a phone call within 10 minutes. And guess what???? Still waiting. Woolies, this is YOUR brand that Dash is messing with.
