Woolies dash needs to take notes from checkers sixty60

If I could give a minus rating, woolies dash would be first on my list.

I ordered from woolies dash while I was on holiday a week ago. The order wasn't delivered. I called the call center the following day and was told that they couldn't get hold of me because my number was incorrectly captured as 080 instead of 082. I then asked if they could deliver and I was told that the order was canceled and I would be refunded. I have called multiple times to find out if the refund has been processed as the app still says my order was delivered and they keep sending me from pillar to post.

I regret not ordering from checkers sixty60 because they never miss. I am thoroughly disappointed with the non existence of customer service.
