Woolies Dash ****ming not delivering full orders and not refunding but ignoring

I received a short order using Woolies Dash and contacted the call centre to complain about Order #O*** | reference ID: ***1. I was assured that I will be refunded for the difference.

I sent emails to follow up and 3 weeks later, zero response.

Seems Woolies loves taking your money but when they owe you money back, they're no better than online ****mers.
