Woolies Dash, just as useless as Uber Eats

I placed an order on the Woolies Dash app just before 1pm 5 November and a 15:25 my Oder was marked as delivered, but I never received the order. I called the call centre to inquire about my order and I was hung up on 6 times and on the 7th try I managed to speak to someone and they told me that I can either collect my order or they will refund me minus the delivery charge at the end of the day. The delivery guy didn’t even bother to access my complex at the security gate, I spoke to the security guards and they told no one tried to contact me (even though I have clear instructions on the app on what to do when they reach the gate).
