Woolies Dash is the worst! Really hurting the Woolworths brand

Woolies Dash is really damaging the polished image of Woolworths. EVERY order has items missing / substituted, you have 5 mins to respond to out of stock item (which btw I went to the store on multiple occassions -same day as the order -and found all the items in stock) today I responded to an out of stock item within 4 mins and the picker simply ignored my message and went offline - they delivered a bunch of roses I ordered - their sell by date is tomorrow and it looks like someone pulled them from the bin! Paper wringled , roses old, and stems broken - dont waste your money - if you need a Woolworths item go to Woolworths direct - if you need it now and cant leave - order Checkers60
