Woolies Dash is the worst delivery app ever !

This review is for Woolies Dash App, that delivers groceries for Woolworths Food. I am gutted at the service I am receiving. I still have not received my order that I placed yesterday around 15h00pm, delivery was delayed yesterday from between 16h00-17h00 to 17h00-18h00, BUT never arrived until now. I have called their call center on +***5 and spoke to 2 different agents (Tumi and Brian) and they confirmed my order will be out within 30min. This was at 11am this morning, it’s now 15h00pm and still my order has not arrived.

I have had to order some critical items from another store (Zulzi) and have incurred extra costs including another delivery. I have sent numerous emails to *** and have not received any response.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a delivery app. Terrible service and I wonder if I will ever get my order.

Woolworths SA should be ashamed of being associated with this disgusting app.
