Woolies Dash is terrible

Yesterday I tried the app for the first time. My order was 2 hours later than the time mentioned on the app. The app had even said my delivery had arrived when it hadn't and that I should rate the app. I tried again today and as the time was nearing I was informed by the shopper that he was no longer going to bring my delivery because he was 35km away and going to have to cancel. I'm unable to leave the house and have to reorder. At least Checkers Sixty60 is very reliable.
