Woolies dash is ****

I recently did a woolies dash order that did not arrive. This was on 17/09 i was billed forsomethingthat never arrived. They responded on the 20/09 saying it would be processed in 3-5 days. It is the 3/10...I have received nothing to Date and they don't respond to emails
