Woolies Dash is a useless service

I ordered groceries from Woolworths Dash on the 5th May and they still haven't been delivered. How can a delivery go from 60 mins to being 72 hours late? I have called their call centre twice and twitted them with no assistance. This service is so useless, people should not use it. I have asked for my refund and I'm still waiting
