WOOLIES DASH IS A NIGHTMARE

Oh Boy! Woolies dash is a nightmare!!!! I experienced one hell of an online shopping experience. On the 31st of October I ordered a few food items and one of the items was not delivered, I called in for a refund and I was told I should wait for 7 working days to get my refund, okay fair enough that's understandable. I called in mid November to do a follow up regarding the status of my refund and I was told my bank is holding the funds they will then contact finance to assist with the getting the funds released. The guy I spoke to even requested that I send my bank statement to prove that I did not receive the funds, I sent it. Come end of November I called in again and I was told the same story. Its now December I haven't received my refund and also there's my other order, order placed 9 December 2024 (order number #o***) I haven't received my refund as well because one of the items wasn't delivered. I am so defeated for a store that people assume you get the best shopping experience. My order numbers are #o*** (placed 31 October) and #o*** (placed 9 December). I AM WAITING FOR MY REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's my hard earned money
