Woolies Dash is a disaster

Woolies Dash is the worst app on the market!

The worst online shopping experience i have had thus far. This was my first and last time using this useless app.

I placed an order on 14th April for a few items and that order never came. I received no communication from Woolies regarding any delay. I called and had to hold for 20 minutes until i hung up, i have emailed numerous times and no one there seems bothered to attend to my query in a safistactory manner.

I finally asked for a refund and im still waiting...... I then asked to be refered to the complaints department and i am still waiting.....

The worst customer experience ever for me.

I have never experienced such incompetence and disregard for customers and this experience is especially disappointing coming from Woolies.

Checkers is so much better and more reliable.
