Woolies Dash

I have been waiting for this order since yesterday, and they told me that they have canceled and reversed the money and it reflected immediately but they didn't do it. When I called in today and asked what was happening with my order, they told me that the road was closed and that was why my order was cancelled, I am so unhappy with this, I never received a bad service like this from woolworths. May you please refund my money or deliver the products today.
