Woolies Dash

I made an order via woolies dash service, and my order was not delivered apparently they could not get hold of me, on the same day I called they told me me they have issued a refund it been 10 days and I have not received my money back. I have been calling daily but I’m being told stories about their finance department and how they unable to locate the refund. I’m so frustrated and annoyed as this has caused an inconvenience for me, Worst service ever, no priority of the customer. 🚮🚮🚮
