Woolies Dash Driver shouting at me for the bad map app they use

I was really excited about Woolies Dash when it went live, but it doesn't compete with ease of use like other Food Deliveries. Woolies Dash also uses a second tier mapping software where it always sends drivers through a sportsgrounds to my house (don't have this issue with any other platform). There is no access from there to my house, and then the drivers always call shouting at me due to the confusion and how much petrol costs. This has driven me to use Woolies Dash less and less. I can't even add comments for the driver beforehand.
