Woolies Dash - does not work

I tried utilising Woolies Dash. I placed an order it deducted my money from my card however 24 hours later I still do not have my order. When I called yesterday I was told there was a problem with the app and so I cannot be given an order number. No communication thereafter. I have called I have logged a query and nothing is resolved. If you cannot stick to your commitment to respond within 2 hours of your query it does not give me any confidence in that you will deliver within 60 minutes. I finally resorted to asking for a refund and still no response. I am fed up of trying to get my money back from Woolies Dash.
