Woolies Dash! Disgusting service

Woolies Dash is the most unorganized system. We use the app to make like easier not more frustrating. My order status Said it was delivered. But I did not receive it. I had to wait for an hour on the phone to speak to a consultant. How is this a dash service ??? Only to find the driver left the parcel in the neighbour's garage. He not once attempted calling me. Also how did he verify that he was leaving a parcel with the correct people. When he didn't even attempt calling. I am disgusted to say the least that parcel was tampered with and left in someone else's garage!
