Woolies Dash Delivery : watch out - they don't refund you! Inform your bank with disputes.

I have ordered Dash Food Delivery on my APP, but never received the order nor a call from Woolworths to inform me that they don't have drivers available. I was told that I can expect a refund with 5 working days. I still have not received it nor do they respond on emails. A waste to get hold of anyone to help. Over two weeks now.
