Woolies dash delivery CANNOT DELIVER!

I ordered the 4th time at woolies dash delivery and everytime 80% of my order is not available. Specifically from woolworths Cavendish square. They charge a driver tip as well as a delivery fee. There is no way you can adjust those amounts. If they charging this fees why can they pick my order and not give me only 40% of what I ordered? I order from pnp and checkers online and I never have this problem. Woolworths claims to have a brand to aspire to but not. THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT OF STOCK!!!! It angered me. I asked woollies dash to cancel my order today and even spoke to the manager for dash but still they send my half order. I had to take a uber and shop my own stuff. Please woolies dash your dlservice delivery sucks
