Woolies dash

I used Woolies dash for first time today What a disappointment I placed my order before nine in the morning and chose the available time slot of between 11:00 and 12:00 for delivery The items purchased was intended for lunch Eventually at 1:30 I phoned the call centre to enquire where my order was After holding for 28 min i was informed they are still waiting for a driver Really ? I used pnp late yesterday afternoon and my delivery was in fact before the time they specified to be delivered I don’t understand why they accept orders if they can not deliver If they can not provide service then dont offer those delivery time to customers As a loyal wollies customer I am very disappointed This is not my expectation for a premium brand My order was eventually cancelled Not sure i will use online again
